Dayli is a UK meal prep delivery service. Each meal comes in a 4-compartment tray — rice, dal, curry and a side dish — totalling approximately 680g. All meals are handcooked daily with zero preservatives. High-protein, vegan and diabetic-friendly options available.

Build your weekly meal trays using our interactive tray builder. Choose how many days you want meals for, pick your dishes for each compartment, or use our presets. No subscriptions — one-off weekly orders delivered fresh to your door.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Unlike Frive and Simmer Eats, Dayli operates on one-off weekly orders. Order when you want, skip when you want — no commitments, no contracts, no auto-renewals.

What meals does Dayli offer?

59 handcooked dishes across four compartments: rice, dal (lentils), curries and side dishes. Every meal is spice-led and cooked from scratch daily. Vegan, vegetarian, non-veg, high-protein and diabetic-friendly options available.

Does Dayli cater for vegans and vegetarians?

Yes. All rice and dal dishes are naturally plant-based. Curries and side dishes can be filtered by dietary preference — vegan, vegetarian or non-veg. We also offer high-protein and diabetic-friendly options.

Where does Dayli deliver?

Dayli delivers across the UK. Enter your postcode during the ordering process to confirm delivery availability to your area.

How is Dayli different from Frive or Simmer Eats?

Frive and Simmer Eats rotate between global cuisines with no clear identity. Dayli has one — bold, spice-led meals built around a complete tray structure: rice, dal, curry and sides. Every meal is handcooked daily from scratch with zero preservatives. And unlike both, Dayli requires no subscription.

How is Dayli different from HelloFresh or Gousto?

HelloFresh and Gousto send raw ingredients for you to cook. Dayli delivers fully prepared meals ready to heat and eat — handcooked daily with fresh ingredients and zero preservatives. No cooking, no prep, no subscriptions.
